1. Buyer agrees that this kitten will NEVER be bred and also agrees to spay or
   neuter this kitten between eight and twelve months from the date of sale. The
   Breeder agrees to deliver the kitten's CFA registration papers to the Buyer
   within thirty days of receiving valid notification of altering.
   CFA REGISTRATION PAPERS WILL BE MAILED SEPARATELY.
2. This kitten must NEVER be given or sold to any research or testing facility,
   pet shop, or like organization. If the Buyer is no longer able to be responsible for
   the kitten, it is required the Buyer contact the Seller and return the kitten
   immediately. In some cases, the Seller would be willing to help rehome the
   cat/kitten for the Buyer. If the Buyer violates this condition in any way,
   ownership of the kitten will revert back to the Breeder and the Buyer will be
   required to return the kitten immediately at the Buyer's own expense.
   NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND WILL BE MADE TO THE BUYER.
3. Buyer agrees to maintain proper veterinary care for the kitten, including all
   yearly check-ups and vaccinations. This kitten will NEVER be allowed
   to roam freely outdoors.
4. All Sales are final other than the following:
   Seller guarantees that this kitten is in good health at the time of sale. Buyer
   has 72 hours to return kitten (at Buyers expense) following verification by a
   licensed veterinarian that the purchased kitten is unhealthy. Purchaser must
   have had the kitten isolated from all other animals during the first 72 hours
   following the final sale. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 72 HOURS.
5. Any Veterinarian expenses incurred after the kitten leaves the Breeder, are the
   sole responsibility of the Buyer, including any and all expenses incurred due
   to: Health certificates, tests, shots, and shipping expenses.
6. Deposits: No kitten is held without a deposit. Deposits are taken in good
   faith and are always non-refundable. We require a non-refundable deposit
   of $200.00 on all pet quality kittens. This kitten is sold as a PET,
   to be neutered/spayed before CFA registration. NO BREEDING RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE.
7. Received deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit can be paid by Cash, Check or Money
   Order. Once the deposit is received, the kitten will be marked as "RESERVED".
8. Final balance must be paid in Cash only. We are no longer accepting checks or
   money orders as a final payment unless we receive it AT LEAST two weeks
   prior to the kitten leaving our Cattery. This ensures us that the check or money order
   will clear the bank before the kitten goes to its new home.
